B. Where are your clients located?
While Graphix Style is based in India, we work extensively with clients across India, Canada, and other international markets. All project communication, file delivery, and reviews are managed digitally for smooth remote collaboration.
Working Together & Client Workflow
A. How do we kick off a new project?

Initial Inquiry: Fill out the contact form on our website or email us with your project details.

Consultation & Quote: We discuss your goals, deliverables, and timeline, then send a formal proposal and project quote.

Deposit & Briefing: Upon proposal sign-off and receipt of the initial deposit, you provide the required brand assets/brief, and we begin production.
B. How many design or video revisions are included?
Each proposal specifies a dedicated number of revision rounds (typically 2–3 rounds depending on project scope). Revisions cover adjustments to layout, typography, pacing, or color grading based on the original brief. Major scope additions outside the agreed brief will be quoted separately.
C. How long does a typical project take?
Turnaround times depend on the complexity of the deliverable:

Payments, Currency & Invoicing
A. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major online payment methods, including UPI, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and secure online payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal) depending on your location.
B. Which currency will I be billed in?

Clients in India: Invoiced in INR (₹).

Clients in Canada & International: Invoiced in CAD ($) or USD ($), as agreed prior to starting work.
C. What is your payment structure for services?
Standard custom service projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. The remaining 50% balance is due upon final proof approval before editable source files, high-res renders, or campaign launches are released.
Shop Purchases & Digital Goods
A. How do I receive my digital shop purchases?
Once your purchase is completed on our Shop page, an instant download link will be provided on the confirmation screen and sent directly to your email address.
B. Can I get a refund on digital store products?
Due to the instant, downloadable nature of digital files, all digital product sales in our shop are final and non-refundable. If you run into technical issues or receive a corrupted file, please contact us, and we will issue a replacement link promptly.
C. Can I use shop templates or assets for commercial projects?
Yes! Shop items come with a specified commercial license allowing you to use them in client work or business promotional materials. However, you may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the underlying raw source files or template files.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
A. Who owns the rights to completed client work?
Once final payment is received in full, full ownership rights for approved final deliverables (renders, final graphics, exported media) transfer to you, the client.
B. Will Graphix Style showcase my project in its portfolio?
Yes, we reserve the right to display completed, approved designs and video edits in our online portfolio, social channels, and case studies to showcase our work, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed prior to project kickoff.
